Shipping Policy

– When will my order ship?
The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Our products will either be available as Ships Out Next Business Day, In Stock & Ready to Ship, Exclusive Pre-Order, and/or have an estimated ETA listed. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page if they will not be expected to ship within normal processing times. Additionally, the order confirmation you receive via email will also display the expected shipping time frame.

Free shipping on all orders is offered USD 150.00

– Time zone
(GMT+07:00) Western Indonesia Time (Jakarta)

– Order Cutoff Time
Order will cut off at 6.00 PM

– Handing Time
The handing time is 1-2 days.

– Transit Time
We take 5-21 days for delivery of the product.

– Do you ship Internationally?
Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. If you do not live in Indonesia and would like a shipping quote, please contact us and we will prepare a custom quote for you. Please note that any additional import/export taxes and/or customs taxes will be at the expense of the customer. Renewable Outdoors is not responsible for any import/export taxes relating to international shipping and is not responsible for any customs taxes or any other form of tax for an international shipment. Please send us an email at to check on if your product can be shipped to an international address.

– What shipping do you use?
This shipping method and shipping policy will be available for all the country.
Orders are shipped out via Line Cargo – Forwarder by FedEx or UPS.
We use Packet for orders shipped from our international location (5-21 days shipping time).

– Can i change of address?
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at or Call Us at (+62) 823-1897-8608.

– Can i Cancellations my order ?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

– Do I get a tracking number?
You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier’s information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier’s official website.

– Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

– Note:
Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product didn’t meet your expectations or placed the wrong order after the order has been shipped out.
Items that weighs less than 150lbs will be dispatched by FedEx. While items that weigh more than 150 lbs will be delivered by truck.
