International Shipping Options
For international orders, you will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Select the shipping method that best meets your needs. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery days at the time of checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. We use the following methods to ship internationally:
When Will My Order Ship?
The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Our products will either be available as Ships Out Next Business Day, In Stock & Ready to ship, Exclusive Pre-Order, and/or have an estimated ETA listed.
Free Shipping:

- Order will cutoff at 17.00 PM
- Time Zone (GMT+07:00) Western Indonesia Time (Jakarta)
- Orders are processed within 1-2 days, Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed on Sunday are processed the next business day.
- Transit time take 13-19 days, Monday to Saturday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 14-21 days.

Local Pickup:
You may find it more convenient to ‘Pickup’ from our shop.
If you select Pickup we will advise you when the item is ready to collect.
If you order something very large for Pickup we may ask you to specify when you want to collect it or ask you to collect from our nearby warehouse.

Couriers:
We use a wide variety of leading global couriers UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS and local postal services to deliver your orders depending on the origin and destination country and type of product.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package from the carrier, or other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you via email.
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment or provide a refund minus the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at help@worldpowertool.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package and items.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at help@worldpowertool.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or process a replacement or refund.
