1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

1.2 Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 Some items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please visit Return Form or contact our customer service team at help@worldpowertool.com with your order number and reason for the return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3.2 Packaging: Securely package the item and include the RMA number on the packaging.

3.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Inspection and Refunds

4.1 Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.2 Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

5.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@worldpowertool.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@worldpowertool.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. Restocking Fee

7.1 A restocking fee of 15% may apply for returned items that are not defective or damaged.
